About the Event
Join us for these sessions with Mind in West and Central London. In these sessions, led by a mindfulness and meditation teacher and a BSL interpreter, participants will practice mindfulness techniques, including breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle movement.
The aim is to help reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing, and be calmer and more connected.
